Email follow-up
Emails are sent from Ethan’s connected Gmail during the hourly email run. Only messages queued by this system are tracked; past school emails have no open history here.
Invite families
Queue one invitation for each family who has not responded and has not already been invited.
“Open signal” means an email image loaded. It does not prove a person read the email. “No open signal” can also mean images were blocked. A submitted response is the reliable completion measure.
